The machine should be properly spaced around, convenient for machine operation and maintenance. The front and back of the machine should avoid direct sunlight.
3. The shockproof pad, foot plate, adjusting screw and hexagonal nut should be placed at the foot of the rack. The horizontal ruler should be placed on the rack beam and the datum on both ends. The screw should be adjusted to make X and Y direction of machine horizontal. And then adjust the front two middle leg support; Measure the distance between two shuttle-box body surfaces to the lower plane of the guide rail at the top of the intermediate plane by height; The plane distance between the height gauge and the middle guide rail should be less than 0.05mm; When adjusting height, it should be noted that the two screws should be adjusted alternately, so that the force of the two screws should be uniform; Finally, adjust the backpacking screw, and generally use the hand to twist the rubber pad and then add 1/5 laps; After a week of operation, it is better to release the intermediate foot support screw to make a secondary adjustment to prevent the foot creep of the main engine from causing the rack to be raised in the middle.
4. The phase and voltage of the external power supply should be measured with a multimeter before the machine is switched on. It is required that the voltage value fluctuate in the range of plus or minus 20V and distinguish the line of fire, zero and ground. The black line of the machine external cable shall be connected with the zero line, and the yellow and green line shall connect to the ground wire.
5. Check and test the conventional performance of the machine after power supply, such as pivot point, change color, shift frame, shear line action, limit, start-stop switch, stop switch, special device action test, etc.
6. Add white oil to machine needle bar, active shaft, rotating spindle, rotating shuttle, driving guide; Start the machine with 600 RPM for 1-2 hours; Watch to see if the machine is running smoothly, the vibration of the frame is stable, and whether the parts have abnormal sound in the process of machine.
7. When the test is completed, check whether there is heating on machine cam and tandem wheel box; Check the clearance of the bevel gear, the position of the pin hole, the position of the pin and the position of the rotating shuttle; The deviation needs to be adjusted accordingly.
8. You should instruct the embroider operator to correctly wear the base line and adjust the tension of the bottom surface properly.
9. You should perform embroidery for testing by using debug pattern and customer pattern.
10. You should instruct the mechanic to carry out daily maintenance of the machine and impart relevant professional knowledge.
11. You should fill out the factory debugging sheet and hand in the customer's signature.
