The problems often happen when using embroidery machine. It will spend much money and time on it. So many customers will encourage their workers to learn how to solve the problems of computer embroidery machines.

The broken line is the most common but the most headache of embroidery machines. Here are the solutions when appears this problem:

1. Check to see if all the vehicles are like this. This is the result of the above problems. Check whether the driving belt is loose. Shaking the machine, turn to 172°to see if it is the lowest point. Check if there is any problem with the embroidery thread. Check whether the frame belt is loose and whether the foot of the vehicle is loose.

There are several reasons for it to be difficult to maintain:

A.Whether the swirl number of vehicles has been deoiled

B.Whether the needle mark is less than 0.3mm

C.Whether it is the new pattern

2.Certain machine head problem

It should be changed the needle and check whether the presser foot is  fuzzing or there is a notch. The needle should keep 7.5px away from the presser foot. Next, check if the pin is too close to the needle. If it's too close, it's possible that the needle has been fuzz. The long strips that need to be pulled into 1CM are needed to be placed in the top and bottom to make the polishing smooth. Check whether the surface of swirl number is fuzzing or there is a notch. Polish it with fine sand. Aiming at swirl number, it is better to use middle needle.

The production time of the machine is long, which may cause the spinning rod to swing around. Try to turn the spin to the right corner if there is no space to the swirl.

Check whether the clearance of sliding block is too large. Loosen the two screws on the eccentric shaw on the back of the large connecting rod and press the eccentricity on the outside of the enclosure with the hand (Do not push too hard), adding new slider.

If the machine start running the pattern, eliminate the problems of electrocircuit.

1.Check if the belt is loose. Open the machine to see if there is clearance

2.There is no fixed movement in running the pattern. Turn off the vehicle to push the frame to see whether there is a pause.  Judge where the vehicle problem is by voice

3.Pattern fixed running. Check if the frame is hit on something, which is the bench screw in usual situation.

 

The machine stops in the wrong place

1.Shaking the machine to see if it is getting heavy. ( is is always caused by lacking of oil). If you feel hot when you touch the back of machine head, the inner machine head is starting to be damaged. If you do not feel the hot, you can only check by voice.

2.If the machine can not shake, you should press the presser foot one by one. The slider is damaged if there is presser foot do not move.

3.If the questions above do not appear, the machine stopping position is right sometimes. Check the scale and adjust motor parking assist. The number is high when it is less than 100. The number is low when it is more than 100. Or change the brake pad of motor.

Change color appears timeout

1.Shake color pole to see if it shakes easily. If it is not heavy, change the color by computer to see if it can work. If the color is not right, adjust the turntable left in the color change box.

2.If the color can not change, check whether the heel jumper has fallen. Or press the presser foot to see the slider is normal.

3.There's a setup in the computer, and if the settings are bad, you'll occasionally get a color timeout.

Tips

1.Certain machine head can't bring out the bottom line: Check if the pin hole position is correct. Check if there is thread heads on the swirl number.

2.The head is always false alarm: Check whether the wire feeder is too loose! Check whether the alarm spring is too loose. If you need to change the alarm spring, it's better to wipe the switch hole clean first.

3.The bottom thread is like tower: Pull the screw to the outside.

4.The electromagnet is not strong enough. Disassemble the electromagnet, pull the inside spring, and then spray it with a car carburetor cleaner.

5.Slow speed to change color. Set machine parameters→ Set the parameters to 400. Jumping setting: No. Set 30 to the following frame parameters.

Recycling

1.Travel switch: Some friends may say why my switch is often broken! Can you find that the spring must have broken in the collider of switch for those spring that often broken. It can not find in the spring repair shop but are easy to find in the broken travel switch.

2. Swirl number: the swirl number will be changed to new every time when repair the machine. Many people may think that these swirl number is useless. Obviously, it is wrong. The swirl number can be normally used when is put some gas oil to clean and is immersed in diesel for a few days. (But those swirl numbers should only work last a month.

3. Slider: The slider will be changed to new every time when repair the machine. The old ones are mostly just that hearts of slider are broken. It will make no difference when change a new heart of slider to it. It will cost 300RMB to change a slider. Why not buy swirl number by using this money? (Note that you should buy the heart of swirl without letters on it. Judge by the copper thickness of the heart of slider.

4. Shellnumbers: It will be regarded as rubbish when it is not good. Actually the shellnumbers is hard to be broken. Most of them are the few stressors that regulate the tightness. You can loose a screw and bend the boards to a larger point. If it does not work, you can buy it in the accessory shop with just 0.5 Yuan.

5. Belt

If the belt of Y direction is broken, you can try to make it the belt of X direction. Most of them can be changed to X direction. the competition is too fierce now in embroidery industry. They're cutting wages everywhere. In fact their profits are not falling, and they are likely to rise.
