The work conference in the first half of 2017 of the innovation alliance of industry computer embroidery machine was successfully held in Hangzhou during July 26 -27, 2017. The leadership of 20 embroidery machine enterprises attends the meetning, such as Dahao, SINSIM, Yuelong, Maya, Lejia, Deyuan, Hefeng, Chuang’ao, Jiaxiu, Baolun, Fuwei, Shanlong, Honglei, Shunda and Bomeng. Wu Jiling, vice chairman of China sewing machinery association and director of league office director attended the meeting, which was held by Wang Haijiang, president of SINSIM and the fifth rotating presidency of the league. The conference first discussed the development situation in the first half of the embroidery machine industry. In the first half of 2017, the production and marketing of the embroidery machine industry was booming. The main business revenue of the backbone enterprises increased by 30% on average, and the average output increased by 20%. Some enterprises have invested heavily in the introduction of large gantry milling machines to enhance manufacturing capacity; Some enterprises actively expand the plant to increase capacity; Some enterprises accelerate innovation to create distinctive fist products. The comprehensive competitive advantages of the backbone enterprises are emerging rapidly. The concentration degree of the industry continues to improve. The products of embroidery machines are rapidly upgrading to the high speed, and the market renewal and upgrading are emerging. In the next 1 to 2 years, the development of embroidery machine is still promising. In particular, the broad product upgrade space of the Indian market is expected to bring the industry to a new climax.Embroidery machine backbone enterprises should actively grasp the development trend, to speed up the innovation, manufacturing, management and marketing model innovation, promoting comprehensive development strength, making the enterprise stronger and building international famous brand.

The meeting also had a frank exchange of views on issues such as payment, intellectual property protection and spare parts shortage in the current embroidery machine industry and formed a preliminary consensus. Mr. Wang said that in the current development situation of production capacity to alliance backbone enterprises rapid concentration, the members of the alliance should unify their thoughts and make concerted efforts to change the non-standard, high-risk marketing methods such as zero down payment, low down payment, long account, large amount of payment; We should respect each other's intellectual property rights, strengthen independent innovation and build a personality characteristic. We should strengthen support for spare parts enterprises and promote the whole strategy cooperation.

As a rotating presidency unit, The SINSIM is determined to start from itself and take the lead in the implementation of the company. We welcome the strict supervision of all the enterprises in the alliance. We hope that all of us will work together to make the industry standard and build well, so as to  achieve this consensus and promote healthy development of the industry. The meeting  was highly positive and favorable to the statement and the initiative with warm applause. Everyone said that the embroidery industry will develop stronger and more healthy in the leadership of backbone enterprise and everyone’s common efforts.

Association vice President Wu Jiling made the meeting summary and speech. He said that through regular communication with the organization, the alliance can learn from and catch up with each other, which has effectively promoted the innovation and upgrading pace of embroidery machine industry, and has greatly enhanced the cohesion of the industry. The alliance platform is also valued by more and more enterprises. Although the work meeting is short, it has achieved remarkable results and has taken another big step in promoting self-discipline and orderly development of the industry.

Mr. Wu pointed out that the rapid growth of the industry in the first half of the year has been closely linked with the further implementation of the supply-side structural reform and the "three products" strategy in recent years. In addition, as the international economic recovery continues to strengthen and the dividends of innovation and upgrading in the industry continue to emerge, the industry is expected to usher in significant development opportunities. The enterprise of embroidery machine backbone should seize the opportunity to accelerate the construction of the comprehensive competitiveness system of enterprises in the new period from R&D, manufacturing, management, marketing and brand. The parts enterprises of embroidery machine should enhance their confidence in development, continue to increase input, strengthen management, and introduce advanced processing methods such as mechanical hand.
